Gratitude Bracelet Giveaway!

I think Thanksgiving week is the perfect time to give away one of my beautiful Gratitude Bracelets. These are made with my colorful, simple Zen Beads, and one sterling silver bead, all strung on elastic, so they fit just about any wrist, and are also easy to restring of you need to.

These bracelets are a pretty way to help you focus your thoughts on the positive things in your life. Similar to prayer beads, you work your way around the strand, pausing at each bead to give thanks for something you're grateful for. When you come back around to the silver bead, offer a prayer or wish for something that's needed, or an extra big thank-you for your practically perfect life.

I'll be holding the drawing on Saturday, randomly choosing the lucky winner. The bracelet will be a surprise of my own choosing, and it will be a good one!

Please read the following carefully:

To enter the drawing, leave a comment on any or ALL of my blog posts for this week, from Monday through Friday.

ONE comment per POST please. But you CAN comment every day to enter.

Do not send comments by email. Have someone help you post on the blog of you need to. Email entries will not be counted.

If you choose to post anonymously, please include at least your initials so I can find you if you win.

The winner will be posted here on the blog on Saturday, and must contact me by the following Wednesday to claim your prize.

If you wish to comment, but do not want to be in the drawing, please note that in your comment.
I want to give this to someone who really wants it!

That's it, I think! Leave your comment here on this post, and on yesterday's too. Then come back Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday to leave your comments on those day's posts for more chances to win.

And whether you win the bracelet or not, I hope you'll start being extra conscious of the good things in your life. Happy Thanksgiving Week to you!

  40. As difficult as it was for you to take up the torch again, I am grateful. :) I was deeply saddened when I thought I might not get another chance to own one of your masterpieces, so I am incredibly happy that you decided to continue. I keep hoping that one of these days I'll be able to snatch up one (or more, if I'm REALLY lucky) of your works of art. Thank you again for sharing your gift with us. :) Have a wonderful holiday.

  49. Love, love, love your beads!!! Just got the aqua and green Fresnel bead last week... Got so many compliments on it the first time I wore it to work. Would love to win the bracelet! I would like to try making my own too... What is the best kind of elastic stringing material to use? I don't want it to stretch out of shape from the weight of the beads...

  54. I am grateful FOR YOU Kim, for you & the courage of your journey - it has inspired my hubby & I as we followed along while you got things ready so you could 'fly your coop.' And we've SO enjoyed keeping up with you good or bad, cuz that's life, right??

You have been moved by the "GREATOR Creator" spirit to do some incredibly beautiful things as can be seen in your past gallery work (& the 'stash' of Kim's creations i have hidden away here...but you have also been pretty 'in tune' with yourself & the greater flow of LIFE, which has not only opened some wonderful doors (friends, family, new chances taken) but to GIVE of yourself in ways that have touched me so deeply.

I just don't know how to thank you for that. I'm SO GLAD to have you 'back home,' here in our Enchanted Land, even if it's perhaps not permanent. But feeling your close by, helps settle my wanderlust & seeing the extreme 'teamwork' between you two (& the doggers) has given me such hope for future years ahead....

I Absolutely LOVED the different, captivating beads you made as your trip & you, yourself "evolved" and unfurled...as if you are your own giant prayer flag, floating on so many different breezes, far apart, but all really very much of the same breath. Sending prayers to heaven everywhere you go.

Lastly I want to add, that you yourself have been SUCH an inspiration for me in what is turning out to be a profound personal trial for myself, family & my unbelievable husband. I see and acknowledge the blessings all around me. That i can share your one-of-a-kind talent & final creations with others in my world, is such an....well it's an offering really as mostly lately i find myself giving my beaded creations away to those for whom you, nor I never knew they were being created for.

Your sometimes simple, sometimes more challenging insights & the questions that we are prompted to ask (& ask of) ourselves, have been good stepping stones in my time of floundering, grasping & finding the outstretched hands of loved ones. So i often wonder if you realize ALL the IMPACT you have on our/other lives...?

Keep on, keepin' on Kim...Like when you wrote about the familiar road near your house - you couldn't see over the rise in it, but you KNEW, you had faith that it led you just where you needed to be. Of course you said it much more eloquently, but that's what troubled days & "archived posts" are for...Seeking.

xo || May the road rise up to meet you..."
